Coach
I didn’t grow up with an athletic background and never really considered myself an athlete until I found CrossFit in 2013. CrossFit made me fall in love with being active, challenging myself, and discovering what my body was capable of. More than a decade later, it has become a huge part of my life—I even met my husband at the CrossFit gym, and we now have three children.
I’ve continued to train through three pregnancies, postpartum, and recovery, while also competing in the CrossFit Open, advancing to Quarterfinals, and participating in other competitive events.
As a coach, I’ve worked with all levels and ages—from kids to competitive athletes to older adults, including my own mom. Olympic weightlifting is my favorite thing to coach, and I love helping athletes break down technical movements and experience that moment when everything finally clicks.
My own journey has taught me that you don’t have to grow up as an athlete to become one. Fitness can evolve with you through competition, pregnancy, parenthood, injuries, and new goals. My favorite part of coaching is helping people discover what they’re capable of and build confidence both inside and outside the gym.
