I grew up playing sports 24/7, with volleyball carrying me into college — I've always loved sports and staying active but working out was just something I did to stay in shape for my sport. It wasn't until after my second baby that I realized I needed more than just working out; I needed something that would truly challenge me and channel my inner athlete. My husband suggested CrossFit, and even though I was intimidated at first, I fell in love with both the sport and the community. My coaches taught me so much over the years — most importantly, that training your body is only one piece of the puzzle, and that diet and lifestyle matter just as much, if not more. Over these past 9 years in the CrossFit world, I've grown not just in strength but in mindset, pushing myself in ways I never imagined.  That journey is what I hope to bring to everyone I coach — the same passion, challenge, and belief in the whole picture of health and wellness.

Turning point

My turning point came after my second baby. Between motherhood and working in the ED as a registered nurse, I struggled to make time for myself. It is a continuous struggle as the kids continue to get busier and I'm still learning that carving out space for something I enjoy doesn't take away from my kids; it fills me up, making me a more present, patient, and a confident mom.

motivation passion

My purpose is to help others stay healthy, especially moms. I want to encourage people to do hard things, and build genuine confidence — not just in how they look, but in who they are and what they're capable of. I want people to leave our work together feeling stronger, more resilient, and good about themselves, inside and out. Beyond the individual work, I care deeply about building community — creating a space where people feel supported, encouraged, and truly seen, not just coached.
